Short-term student exchange (STI-IN)
A 2-week observational practice placement, called Short-Term International IN. As a guest student, you gain insight into Switzerland's healthcare system, nursing practice, educational system and culture. Communication takes place in English.
Long-term student exchange (LTI-IN / Erasmus)
A 12-week minimum hands-on practice placement, called Long-Term International IN. As a guest student, you gain in-depth insight into Switzerland's healthcare system, nursing practice, educational system and culture. Communication takes place in German (minimum required level: B2).

In order for you to apply for a short-term or long-term student exchange, a cooperation agreement must be in place between your home institution and the BZ Pflege.
