BZ Pflege employees are given the possibility to gain international experience and let it feed back into their work. Such opportunities exist for teaching staff in the context of international teaching assignments (Teaching Mobility) or for members of staff looking to work for cooperation partners abroad (Staff Mobility).
We warmly welcome international colleagues both for teaching assignments and for insights into the BZ Pflege work environment. We accompany our guests with both standardised and individual programmes that meet their personal objectives.
Ensuring professionalism in nursing care
As a modern and open institution, the BZ Pflege relies on its international schemes and activities to foster socio-cultural competence, in order to steadily enhance professionalism in nursing care. By continuously developing our Teaching Mobility and Staff Mobility schemes, we are providing forward-looking answers to the challenges presented by an increasingly heterogenous society and ever more demanding patients.
At the BZ Pflege, staff mobility is an integral part of staff development. Participation in mobility schemes is discussed with your managers and with our personnel department. We promote the improvement of language skills, organise courses for cultural orientation and preparation, and provide continuous training in the field of international affairs and diversity. It is important to us that you fully integrate the experiences gathered over the course of an exchange scheme. We view it as a valuable contribution to our knowledge management efforts.
